Ivana and Craig invite you to join them for a day of powerful ceremony and breathwork from 2.30pm to 6.30 pm at the Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre, Waverley Park, Bondi Road, NSW, 2026
**Please bring along with your love and open heart ❤️ a yoga mat, perhaps a rug and pillow, water and a snack if you need it. Along with writing tools to journal with if you feel it. **
Offering a moment in time to join other like-minded souls, accessing your inner wisdom, sharing this time to align with your most passionate desires. To create and co-create through dynamic Elemental breathwork and ritual.
We gather on this day to introduce ourselves, share dreams, open and align to our highest individual and group purpose.
Beginning with a sharing circle, honouring each other, our ancestors and those of this magnificent land we live and love in.
A Sacred Cacao ceremony follows.
Opening our hearts and connection to self and the cosmos.
We know her as Mumma Cacao, we know her to open our heart centre and elevate our energetic levels, enhancing our bond with self and spirit. Healing, refreshing, connecting to our higher knowing. This ancient plant is a wisdom seeker within, reminding us of our own inner wisdom and power.
After which we shall take some time to ‘shake it in and shake it out. Allowing this beautiful medicine to traverse through our body and encouraging us to leave the daily life behind. Shaking and dancing within this high vibrational space is a magnificent experience, leading to huge smiles, loving thoughts, release of tension. Opening the pathway to the rest of our day together.
After a short break we stand together individual, yet as one, creating a powerful heart connection and bond. This moment of trust in time, allows for our emotions to step up and perhaps step out.
Opening the doorway to healing and joy. It is a profound experience not to be missed!
We introduce each of the elements.
Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Ether, together we journey in discussion, along with a short meditation introducing each of them to our intent and love of the day.

Providing a powerful connection as you enter Elemental Breathwork.
We journey after this into an Elemental Breathwork session.
For this we are honoured to be joined with Josh Oshlack, known to many and loved by all. We are proud to call him brother, friend our families are family. Josh plays many instruments beautifully, his Didge or Yidaki will join us today along with whatever other instruments he feels into.
Through dynamic medicine drumming with Craig, along with his percussion ensemble, we will lead you into a journey of the senses.
As we journey through the elements of Fire, Earth, Water and Air, you are guided to know their place within and around you. Traversing through the emotions and power of each element you are able to not only connect for your highest benefit but also to release during this time those things that are brought to the surface to release.
- The fire ignites our passions, cleanses as it burns away our challenges, the ashes a renewal.
- The wind sweeps away those things that no longer serve us, creating sudden and positive change within your life.
- The water, it is cleansing, nourishing healing, like the womb it holds us secure and like the mother it protects and disciplines.
- The earth grounding, stable, yet ever moving connecting us to ancestors and wisdom.
- Through all we are connected to spirit, our high self
Breathwork is a powerful and ancient healing tool, it reaches into our core to begin a powerhouse of connective healing. Creating deep resonance with triggering our autonomic nervous system drawing balance into our lives. It is our inner wisdom that breathwork seeks to open, our trauma and collected sadness to release and our deepest passions and dreams to follow over the rainbow bridge of your life.
We can’t wait to see you there, and spend some time with friends, new and old in Sydney. It’s been too long.
