Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be designed, created, processed and delivered to you.

Please triple check all shipping details listed is correct prior to completing your order. Once your order is delivered, we are unable to make any changes. The address submitted on order is final and any changes required are to be requested through the Courier Service.

Shipping Disclaimer

In general, please allow 7-14 days for processing and delivery. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when the order is placed.

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

The Crystal Cave Ltd, cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing The Crystal Cave Ltd with their correct shipping address – if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. You as the buyer are responsible for claiming your goods.

The Crystal Cave Ltd does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for “change of mind.”
